Hammonds constructed a new three storey teaching block, with a link at each floor to an existing three storey building. Details included strip foundations, steel structural frame, ground bearing concrete floor slab, upper floors in situ concrete and precast planks and precast stairs, insulated Metsec SFS external walling with a rain screen system, single ply flat roof coverings, M & E installations, external works and retaining walls. Additionally, we refurbished and installed a new commercial kitchen.
