The sympathetic conversion and extension of an 18th century stone barn, required the full range of our skills. Works included lowering the floor level by approximately 900mm, specialist underpinning, building new stone walls beneath the existing, installation of cavity drain waterproofing, new traditional a frame trusses, bespoke oak joinery throughout and full interior fit out.
