Hammonds was commissioned to demolish and replace a pair of estate workers houses with 2 new homes. The project included the use of traditional construction methods – fully finished and ready for occupation, with fixtures, fittings and finishes. Oil central heating, underfloor heating and supplementary wood burners. Oak framed garages and PV panels. The external areas including access arrangements and replacement sewage treatment.
